We are thrilled to feature local ranches and processors as the foundation of North Fork, the first meat summit to be hosted in California. We have intentionally designed the educational content around the lived experiences and insights shared by our hosts, which we believe are essential to beginning meaningful conversations about the meat supply chain in our region.

Because the event is centered around these hands-on tours, attendance is limited by the number of participants our host operations can accommodate. We encourage you to keep this in mind when registering, as the program is designed as a cohesive experience rather than a series of individual sessions. By registering, we ask that you plan to participate in the full program, including the full day on Thursday and the half day on Friday.

We look forward to spending this time together, learning directly from local producers and processors, and building a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges within our regional meat supply chain.
